HT/HV Switchgear

LT/LV Switchgear

PFI Panels

The Power Factor Improvement Panels provided by us basically used for improving the degraded Power Factor of the system. We have microprocessor-based PFC (Power Factor Correction) relay up to 16 stages. The Capacitors we use are of different ratings (2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 20, 25, KVAR…. etc.) and corresponding Magnetic Contactor for suitable stepping of the Capacitor bank.

LV Panels (MDB & SDB Board)

We make all kinds of LOW VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION panels in accordance with customer requests; and supporting service is also provided in panel projects suitable for the systems to be installed.

Surface may be coated with galvanized sheet, hot dip galvanized, electro galvanize, electrostatic powder paint and industrial wet paint, as requested. Paint thickness is minimum 65 microns. Impermeability is ensured by means of joint rings and it is of IP 54 protection class.

Design and production may be made in accordance with customer IP protection requests. Panels are manufactured in RAL 7032 as the standard color. Different colors are available upon request. All of our panels are CE, TSE-ISO-EN 9001-2008 and TS 3367 EN certified.

Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)

Merlin Power’s range of advanced automatic transfer panels offers automatic control of standby generating sets. The ATS panels are available from 30A-4000A ratings. It includes Intelligent Controller, Voltage Transformer Module, Basic Transfer Switch, all the connection harness and indoor enclosure (outdoor type is optional). Our ATS intelligently switches to the alternate source and automatically or manually returns the load to the preferred source once it is sensed to be stable.

At the core of each system is a three/four pole changeover device. The ‘Standard’ range utilizes electromechanical contactors whilst the ‘Advanced’ range uses two load break isolators.

Designing a substation to meet your needs becomes our goal and focus.  Optimizing the latest proven technologies for successful long-range operation is considered a fundamental component for each tailored design-build.  We offer a wide range of substation and transmission facility design services, from 4.16 kV to 161 kV. Our staff has nationwide experience with substation design for transmission and distribution systems. We can assist you through the entire design process, from initial system and facility review and planning, to detailed engineering, construction, and final commissioning as per IEC & IEEE standards.

Lightning Protection System

We offer a Nationwide Service for the Design, installation and maintenance of lightning protection and earthing systems. We carry out studies on external protection against lightning, internal protection against power surges, grounding and prevention systems in order to find the full lightning protection system best adapted to each installation.

Busbar Trunking System

Busbar trunking units are manufactured in three different versions according to use and amperage: SATIIDEA, designed to power lighting devices (25A to 63A), SATISTART for low voltage equipment (63A to 250A) and SATIGO for medium voltage equipment (315A to 1000A) used for power transmission or distribution to production systems. The low impedance prefabricated horizontal & vertical Busbar Trunking System shall be type tested assembly (TTA) conforming to IEC 439/1-2 & shall be suitable for use in installation conforming to IEC 364.
